3PointZero, a subsidiary of LPi Communications Group Inc., is seeking a skilled and motivated, full-time permanent Digital Project Manager to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in delivering innovative digital growth products and platforms for our valued clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects-on time, on budget, and aligned with our quality standards.
• Oversee the full project life cycle, from concept through to final launch, with a focus on cloud-based platforms and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and our Lead Strategist to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and external stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team.
• Participate in and facilitate code reviews to ensure consistent quality.
• Conduct thorough testing and launch processes to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite) to track progress, manage workflows, and report on performance.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.

YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE

• 5+ years of experience managing technical or cross-functional teams in a digital environment.
• Natural leader who can motivate teams and drive progress toward shared goals.
• Strong background in digital product/platform development, particularly on large-scale business solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and skilled in stakeholder engagement.
• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of modern digital technologies, including web development, open-source platforms, and mobile apps.
• Familiar with the broader digital ecosystem, including SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Proficient in agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiar with Google Suite for collaboration and documentation.
• Experience with technical ticketing and maintenance systems.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other modern communication tools.
