You will be one of, far less than a handful of, senior technical individual contributors within the Apple Services engineering organization. This role is primarily targeted to building out solutions and required programs leveraging hardware root of trust concepts such as TPMs (x86) and SEP (ARM) to build secure platforms on which to build the services which hold massive amounts of user data in a secure and performant way. In addition to this core responsibility you will be expected to find areas of opportunity for our assurance security engineering teams, develop solutions with small groups of senior engineers and then deliver those solutions to meaningfully, and continually, provide security uplift that will apply to Apples fleet of first and third party infrastructure and the services which rely on them. This role will work directly with senior engineering leaders to design, build, and deliver industry leading security designs such as Private Cloud Computing.
