Votre impact
- Dpartement de la stratgie et de la croissance ; dveloppe et conduit des initiatives de croissance locale avec les quipes locales et en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes.
- Dveloppement commercial : Identifier et rechercher de nouvelles opportunits commerciales et de nouveaux marchs afin d'tendre l'empreinte de la Business Unit Haute Tension, en mettant l'accent sur la gestion de portefeuille et l'analyse de march.
- Gestion de portefeuille : Comprendre le rseau et les domaines dans lesquels notre technologie joue un rle essentiel. Travailler sur la stratgie de tarification et les stratgies de mise sur le march qui aident notre entreprise atteindre ses objectifs.
- valuation du march : Devenir expert dans votre rgion ; cartographie des clients, paysage concurrentiel, opportunits et dfis rglementaires, projets venir, etc.
- Orientation client : Entretenir des relations solides avec les principaux clients, en se concentrant sur la voix du client et en garantissant des niveaux levs de satisfaction de la clientle. L'accent doit galement tre mis sur d'autres partenaires importants : socits de conseil en ingnierie, EPC, distributeurs, etc.
- Gestion financire : Grer les prvisions rgionales en veillant l'exactitude et la croissance durable.
- Ngociation de contrats : Capable de mener des rvisions contractuelles et de ngocier des contrats avec des clients et d'autres partenaires.
- Collaboration: Travailler en troite collaboration avec les autres Business Development Managers et Account Managers, afin d'aligner les stratgies et de partager les meilleures pratiques.
Votre exprience
- Licence en commerce, en ingnierie ou dans un domaine connexe, ou exprience professionnelle quivalente.
- Parfaitement bilingue, franais et anglais
- Bonne exprience dans un rle de gestion du dveloppement des affaires.
- Exprience confirme dans la conduite d'une croissance commerciale forte et russie et dans la ralisation d'objectifs financiers.
- Solides comptences en matire de leadership et de gestion d'quipe.

How you'll make an impact
- Strategy & Growth Department; Develops and drives local growth initiatives with the local teams and in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and markets, to expand the High Voltage Business Unit's footprint, with a specific focus on portfolio management and market analysis.
- Portfolio Management: Understanding the grid and where our technology plays an integral role. Working on pricing strategy and go to market strategies which support our business in achieving its targets.
- Market Assessment: Become expert in your region; customer mapping, competitor landscape, regulatory opportunities and challenges, upcoming projects, etc.
- Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with key clients, focusing on the Voice of the Customer, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Focus must also be placed on other important partners; Engineering Consulting Firms, EPC's, Distributors, etc.
- Financial Management: Manage the regional forecast, ensuring accuracy and sustainable growth.
- Contract Negotiation: Capable of leading contractual reviews and negotiating contracts with customers and other partners alike.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Business Development Managers and Account Managers, to align strategies and share best practices.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluently bilingual, French and English
- Good experience in a Business Development Management role.
- Proven track record of driving strong and successful business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required (25%-30%)
