About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts by iterating on positioning, messaging, marketing assets, and sales materials. You will also co-own specific products within our platform-such as Tax, Sync-and oversee certain industry verticals once they are launched. This position is pivotal in driving the success of our B2B SaaS offerings and ensuring alignment between our products and market needs.

About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts by iterating on positioning, messaging, marketing assets, and sales materials. You will also co-own specific products within our platform-such as Tax, Sync-and oversee certain industry verticals once they are launched. This position is pivotal in driving the success of our B2B SaaS offerings and ensuring alignment between our products and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates Trolley's offerings in the market and resonates with target audiences.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including webpages, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Develop sales tools and collateral that support the selling process, including product demos, competitive analyses, and training materials.
- Collaborate with product management to co-own the marketing strategy for specific products and manage marketing initiatives for new industry verticals post-launch.
- Conduct ongoing market research and buyer persona analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and apply insights to marketing strategies.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve our positioning and go-to market strategy
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies within the fintech or dev-tooling space
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and familiarity with global payout solutions is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
