Compensation: Up to $160K Base + Commission + Equity

About the Role

We're hiring two mid-level Customer Success Managers to join a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech startup. You'll play a critical role in managing a book of high-value accounts, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and growth.

This is a high-touch, post-sales role with a performance-driven focus - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, works well cross-functionally, and knows how to balance relationships with results.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full post-sale relationship for ~50 high-value accounts
  • Rapidly onboard new customers and help them get up and running
  • Drive platform usage, customer engagement, and ongoing spend
  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to customers
  • Manage renewals while identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver feedback and enhance the customer experience

What We're Looking For
  • 3-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven success managing 50+ accounts, ideally with $200-300K+ contract values
  • Strong communicator who's proactive, confident, and thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Background in SaaS or service-driven industries is strongly preferred
  • Prefer to avoid candidates from large, slow-moving corporations or industries with weak customer service reputations (e.g., pharma, telecom)
