- Develop and maintain robust data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
- Build and manage data pipelines with Fivetran to integrate data from NAV and other sources into MSSQL.
- Analyze NAV ERP data to uncover business trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, identify business questions, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data environments.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Sales channels, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to implement solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
- Identify and develop processes and architecture for global reporting needs.
- Proactively maintain the integrity of reports utilized across the business and communicate regularly with all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's semantic data layer, including sales hierarchy, product hierarchy, and financial/operational key indicators.
- Maintain intimate knowledge of all ERP tables and fields, and their associated business processes (e.g., Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Item Ledger, Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Customer Table, Item Table, etc.).
- Own the business profile process and assist in the creation of product and revenue forecasting in collaboration with Global Marketing and Operations teams.
- Monitor promotional calendars, timelines for new product launches, and the performance of ongoing and historical promotions, including distributing promotional reports.
- Track progress on team tasks using project management tools like Wrike and perform follow-ups internally with GP& A teams or externally to dependent teams.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- BS Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a data science, business intelligence, or data analytics role.
- 3+ years of advanced SQL and Excel experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI management and implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Fivetran and MSSQL.
- Experience with ERPs such as Microsoft Navision and/or Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with data structures and reporting functions within Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to write and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis and transformation.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with additional tools or platforms such as Snowflake, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Looker, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Platforms, financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, and international sales operations.
