As part of ABS' Strategic Pricing Group, the Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for assisting with the organization's pricing initiatives, supporting Executive Management to craft innovative pricing strategies for new and established products. Combining both quantitative analytical skills and qualitative interviewing skills, the Senior Pricing Analyst will deduct key insights to persuasively communicate pricing recommendations to the Senior Pricing Manager.

What You Will Do:
Monitor and recommend pricing processes for the business and guide the review process to define pricing strategies. Assist with pricing policy and guideline implementation across the business. Work across global, cross-functional project teams in structuring and executing analyses required to develop pricing policies. Support multiple service pricing reviews simultaneously. Facilitate and train personnel on tools developed to operationalize pricing processes. Ensure internal systems are timely and accurately updated with approved pricing policies. Accurately enter key data into our accounting and financial systems. Maintain records and document financial processes. Maintain an effective internal controls environment by following all FSG Policy and Procedural Statements, and requesting clarification when guidance is unclear. Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis on an as-requested basis. Analyze trends, revenue & cost, financial commitments, and obligations to predict future outcomes. Provide support to management in evaluating company performance. Drive process improvement and efficiency in your area of responsibility while minimizing risk and cost. Prepares multiple complex and varied financial reports (including ad hoc reports) that require selection, preparation, and interpretation of data using complex data query tools. Collaborate within the ABS organization to identify and resolve business issues.
What You Will Need:
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience supporting pricing decisions, including but not limited to forecasting, segmentation analysis, competitive benchmarking, and statistical price sensitivity modeling. Proven ability to excel in a non-structured environment. Knowledge of data privacy and security principles Capacity to analyze, interpret, and report financial data. Accurately and efficiently input financial data into spreadsheets or accounting system. Technically proficient with financial and accounting systems and experience or able to familiarize with financial modeling and analysis. Advance data analytics of large datasets and identify patterns and trends. Communicate complex insights from data analysis.

Schedule and Location:
- The position has a hybrid work schedule consisting of Tuesday through Thursday in the office. Monday and Friday provide the option to work remotely or from the office.
- This open role is located at our modern ten-story corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent related business experience.
- Three (3) or more years of experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to develop a working knowledge of ABS Rules, Guides, statutory regulations, related instructions, and the ABS Employee Safety Policy.
It Would Be Nice If You Have:
- Experience implementing and maintaining CPQ system.
- Experience operating in a mature Pricing Organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with an Engineering or services company.
- Previous use of Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting.
- Proficient in use of Word, Access, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Oracle ERP system experience.
- Five (5) or more years of experience.
- Certified Pricing Professional Certification.
