Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Information Governance and Data Management, you will be a member of the ECM Services Team. This individual will assist in supporting and enhancing Camden's collaboration platforms. Engagement with the business will be a critical job function for the Lead Business Systems Analyst. This role will be heavily involved in the support and expansion of Camden's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) SharePoint Solution, automating and streamlining processes and integration with our SharePoint Intranet, as well as the evaluation of new solutions to business needs.

Essential Functions
  • Manage business requests for new initiatives involving our collaboration platforms
    • Gather requirements
    • Work with various IT teams to determine the best solutions for requests
    • Work with the SharePoint Admin and/or the development team to implement solutions
    • Validate solutions being developed in our collaboration platforms
    • Coordinate both internal testing and end user testing
    • Create end user training guides
    • Schedule and conduct training for end users
  • Provide support and performing day-to-day administrative tasks, including:
    • Respond proactively to user support requests via multiple channels: email, tickets, and chat. Support requests may include access requests, site changes, reinforcement of training, content migration and issues/errors encountered. Gather issue details or user requirements through facilitated interviews and content analysis
    • Estimate time for resolution, communicate plan to resolve, coordinate resolution, and track time for reporting purposes.
    • Verify issues are resolved and facilitate business validation of completed changes, update all impacted documentation
    • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate or resolve challenging technical issues
    • Run reports to monitor data quality and perform data analysis
    • Actively support and maintain the records management aspect of SharePoint

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or commensurate experience required
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Well-developed knowledge of M365 solution architecture using SharePoint Online and related technologies, including their interactions and use cases.
  • Information Architecture: Experience with information architecture and content lifecycle management
  • Compliance: Conceptual understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley controls and the ability to eliminate risk and achieve real value through compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all layers of the organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, solid understanding of IT technical issues, and aptitude for analytical problem-solving.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills focusing on controls, processes, and procedures.
  • Travel: Minimal travel is required.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to grasp and comprehend business functions and their implications on IT projects.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:
  • Prior project management experience
  • PowerBI
  • Understanding of M365 Compliance Center, Information Governance, and Records Management
  • Experience working with vendors to implement large projects
  • Experience working with and delegating to external support teams (managed services)
  • Experience in Real Estate, Multi-family Housing, or construction industry
