Product Analyst

QF Analytics LLC is a software development company focused on supporting one of the world's most prominent trading platforms, Quantfury. Quantfury is a regulated global brokerage, operating in more than 70 countries, with annual client transaction volume surpassing $200 bln. The QF Analytics development team is looking for a Product Analyst to help in supporting Quantfury's high-performance, seamless trading platform experience for its users.

What We Expect:

• A proactive, analytical, and team-oriented business analyst who takes ownership of their work.
• Strong experience in requirements management, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
• Ability to create clear and structured documentation for developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Industry knowledge in trading, payments, and fintech is desirable.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, QA, teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic fintech environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN), system analysis (UML, decision tables, user stories).
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence (Wiki), Miro, draw.io, and Trello.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma) and ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of trading and payment systems in fintech.
• Background in fintech or trading applications.
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or cryptocurrency.
• Skills in using modern AI tools to speed up development.
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus, but not required.
