Position Summary
The Head of Acquisition Marketing will develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to increase patient acquisition, improve funnel performance, and optimize marketing ROI. This individual will lead paid media, SEO, website performance, CRM, and MarTech integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, with a strong background in digital media management, web development oversight, and multi-location marketing. This role requires a mix of hands-on execution and strategic oversight, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to drive patient growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all digital channels to generate high-value patient leads.
- Own budgeting and spend allocation across paid channels, ensuring efficient use of marketing dollars.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track marketing effectiveness and patient acquisition costs.
- Optimize multi-location marketing strategies, balancing local practice needs with a scalable network approach.
Digital Media & Demand Generation:
- Oversee paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, display, and video marketing efforts.
- Optimize organic digital presence through SEO strategies, content marketing, and reputation management.
- Manage lead funnel optimization, improving conversion rates through targeted campaigns and landing page enhancements.
Web Development, Design & Content Management:
- Lead and oversee the practice website development process and team of front- and back-end developers, along with design and content contributors.
- Ensure all practice websites are optimized for patient conversion, user experience, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO.
- Direct website architecture and performance improvements, ensuring seamless site speed, navigation, and integration with CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Oversee the development of landing pages, lead forms, and other digital assets to support paid media and organic campaigns.
- Establish a content strategy that aligns with SEO best practices, patient education, and engagement objectives.
- Manage external agencies or vendors as needed to enhance website functionality, security, and performance.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:
- Oversee email, SMS, and marketing automation strategies to nurture and convert leads.
- Develop re-engagement campaigns to increase patient retention and maximize lifetime value.
- Manage segmentation and personalization strategies to improve patient engagement and conversion rates.
MarTech & Analytics:
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms including a data lake, Customer Data Platform (CDP), tagging and analytics tools, and a practice management software.
- Develop attribution models and dashboards to track and optimize marketing performance.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to refine campaigns and improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with growth and field operations teams to align strategies and improve patient acquisition and practice satisfaction.
- Work closely with doctors and practice managers to tailor marketing strategies to local market needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising, ideally within healthcare, multi-location businesses, or consumer services.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta, SEO, programmatic media, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong understanding of lead funnel metrics, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Experience overseeing website development teams, including designers, content strategists, and developers.
- Track record of optimizing multi-location marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
