Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving, developing and implementing the overall sales strategies and sales efforts for a designated group or business unit
- Accountable for executing the business plan and revenue costs for the sales division
- Direct and manage the overall sales effort and sales productivity of specific regions, not limited to revenue, profitability and market share goals.
- Direct the execution of strategic and tactical sales goals and plans.
- Reviews and approves sales productivity reports for groups.
- Develops, implements and champions sales initiatives and programs fostering an overall competitive business advantage.
- Motivates and retains a qualified sales team
- Develops and implements systems to emphasize progressive sales skills in sales reps.
- Drives aggressive growth sales strategies which include the creation of successful partnerships and account planning.
- Institutes the disciplines of future account planning and new account development, focusing on both new environments and captured accounts.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in related field
- Ability to navigate through complex organizational structures, systems and process
- Ability to deal with complex sales situations and build business alliances and relationships
- Ability to formulate and manage business and sales strategy
- Advanced contract management skills and experience.
- Extensive computer distribution industry knowledge and experience
- Solid understanding of Sales Operations
