We are on a mission to reinvent how designers work in the AI era. Backed by top investors from OpenAI, Google, and Dropbox, we're building the next-generation AI design tool for product teams.

We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can craft compelling stories, amplify our brand, and build a content engine that drives awareness, education, and trust.

As our first marketing hire, you'll play a foundational role in shaping how the world sees our product. Your work will support product launches, grow our waitlist, and help turn early believers into evangelists. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team and have the freedom to experiment and move fast.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end content strategy-from ideation to execution-across blog, social, newsletters, and community
  • Translate product capabilities and customer stories into clear, compelling content
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create launch assets, explainers, and educational content
  • Optimize content for SEO and distribution across channels
  • Manage a content calendar and maintain publishing consistency
  • Track performance and iterate on what's working


What success looks like

  • Within the first 3 months, you've shipped a steady cadence of blog posts, social content, and thought leadership pieces that generate buzz and drive site traffic.
  • You've helped refine our brand voice and created cornerstone content that clearly communicates the value of Weaver to designers and product teams.
  • You've partnered closely with founders and design partners to turn customer insights and product launches into engaging narratives.
  • You've built a scalable content calendar and editorial process.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally at a startup or SaaS company
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published work
  • Deep understanding of product marketing and audience targeting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to designers or dev tools audience
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Notion, or Figma
