- Work closely with customers and partners field personnel and engineering team while taking into account industry best practices in developing and driving the Platform product roadmap
- Ability to manage and track project issues risks and change requests
- Lead and motivate multiple project work streams
- Take responsibility for the delivery of large global multimodule projects
- Interaction with client and stakeholders to create business requirement
- Experience in working in an AGILE environment and working with agile tools
- Execute troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Must have worked in under project management guidelines including providing level of effort estimates work task development and input
