Identifies, scopes, plans and leads moderate to highly complex improvement / transformation engagements including training and coaching. Applies expert level CI skills with project teams, process owners, operations, leadership and stakeholders in order to achieve engagement goals and performance objectives within strategically aligned initiatives. Responsibilities
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Senior Consultant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Demonstrates ability to scope engagement requirements, plan work efforts and align stakeholders
* Demonstrates ability to discern appropriate application of CI Methodologies (such as iLOS, Lean, Six Sigma, Baldridge, etc.)
* Demonstrates intermediate to expert level abilities to apply CI tools: Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), Project Management, Change Management and Facilitation
* Leads moderate to high complexity engagements
* Trains others in iLOS, CI, Baldridge or other similar topics
* Produces high quality deliverables and achieves defined engagement results
* Effectively manages individual workload and contributes to team allocation systems Reports to CI Manager This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.

Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in engineering, business, healthcare or related field with 5 years improvement experience (such as Baldrige, Six Sigma DMAIC, Process/Continuous Improvement, Lean, Project Management, etc.). Masters degree preferred
* Training or certification from reputable source in one or more of the following: Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), CPMP or PMP, Baldridge, change management or ability to obtain within 18 months
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
* Training or certification in additional methodologies (human factors, human centered design, just culture, high reliability, Kepner-Tregoe etc.) preferred
