Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Sales Enablement to lead the development and integration of the systems and tools used by our Sales team to build pipelines, manage activities, track conversion, and optimize performance. This role is a strategic enabler of DMG's revenue engine - responsible for defining and executing a roadmap of features and integrations that power a more effective, data-driven, and scalable sales operation.

This Sr. Product Manager will partner closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, RevOps, and Technology teams to align stakeholders, define priorities, and own the delivery of tools that support our entire sales lifecycle. Key systems include Salesforce and other 3rd-party platforms essential to managing and accelerating growth.

What You'll Do:

Own the Sales Enablement Product Strategy:
  • Define and prioritize a roadmap for sales tools, systems, and integrations to improve pipeline generation, lead management, and sales activity tracking.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.

  • Drive System Integration and Tool Selection:
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement third-party systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, lead scoring tools).
  • Lead integrations between internal systems and external platforms to ensure seamless data flow and minimal operational friction.

  • Support the Sales Lifecycle:
  • Build solutions that improve the productivity of BDRs, AEs, and Account Managers across lead capture, conversion, and reporting.
  • Develop workflows and interfaces that make sales processes faster, smarter, and more efficient.

  • Align Stakeholders and Define Metrics:
  • Collaborate with leadership to define success metrics and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for internal and external development teams.

  • Manage Execution:
  • Write user stories, define functional specs, and prioritize backlogs.
  • Lead cross-functional implementation and change management for new sales enablement tools.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • What You Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and B2B sales workflows.
  • Experience integrating third-party sales/marketing tools (e.g., sales engagement, lead gen, attribution).
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and lead large-scale system rollouts.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working in a product-led growth, marketplace, or SaaS environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with RevOps tech stacks (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Marketo, LeanData) preferred.
  • Prior experience managing Salesforce-related projects or roadmaps preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to travel frequently.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.

  • What You'll Get:

At DMG, you'll be part of an amazing team that encourages learning, growth, and advancement. Our company has an entrepreneurial spirit that rewards self-starters and encourages employees to take charge of their own careers.

Some of our many benefits include:
