- Standard Work Duties: Physician LRHPG
- Actively participates in team development, achieving dashboards, and in accomplishing department goals and objectives.
- Manages human, material and financial resources so that department goals and objectives are achieved, including department specific and organizational dashboard measures and corporate priorities.
- Diagnosing the patients by evaluating the symptoms and thereby determining the physical ailment from which the patient is presenting.
- Prescribing medications to patients after they are able to determine the patient's health condition and medical history.
- Advise patients on compliance to therapeutic regimen and the things that should be avoided and other risk factors that may trigger the disease occurrence.
- Promotes and participates in activities that demonstrate the achievement of patient, customer and employee safety and satisfaction.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills; works with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient's wellbeing and promote optimum patient outcomes. Integrates the work of the team, delegating work as necessary, and promoting collaborative efforts.
- Provides patients, families and other team members with relevant healthcare education and instructions regarding appropriate care information.
- Provide scope of services which fall under his/her field of training/specialty, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance.
