Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Field-based role)
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: Base salary ranging from $65,000-$100,000 plus uncapped commission potential (Total comp $100K-$150K+ depending on performance)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Audio Visual Sales Executive to drive revenue by identifying and closing new AV integration opportunities in the Phoenix metro area. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with an established network or the ability to bring in their own book of business.

You'll be offering cutting-edge AV solutions that include projector systems, integrated audio setups, and customized conference room installations-supported by a high-performing delivery and implementation team. This is a great fit for someone who wants autonomy, fast momentum, and the ability to build their own success.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage client relationships in the commercial AV space
  • Identify and close new opportunities in the Phoenix area
  • Collaborate with the delivery team for project hand-off and implementation
  • Act as a trusted advisor for AV integration solutions (projectors, conference systems, integrated audio/video, etc.)
Ideal Background
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in commercial Audio Visual integration
  • Strong knowledge of AV brands like Crestron, Extron, etc.
  • Proven ability to bring in or build new business
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to work independently
  • Self-driven and comfortable operating without micromanagement
Compensation
  • Base salary ranges:
    • $65K-$75K for candidates without an existing client base
    • $90K-$100K+ for candidates who come with strong relationships
  • Commission: Uncapped

Interview Process
  • Round 1: Virtual call with the Owner
  • Round 2: Onsite panel interview with the team
  • Decision typically made within 3 business days of the final round
