Job Summary:

The individual in this key role must be able to communicate, collaborate and invoke change in a matrix environment. This role will be an integral part in Hydros ENA future One Company ERP platform. The Core team lead must have the ability to analyze, design, build, implement, along with testing / training of the business locations as each go-live. Assignment to the project team will range from 1 to 5 years. Qualified candidate must also train their current role replacement and have current manager approval to join the S4/HANA project team. This is a key contributor role with no direct reports.

Pay Range: $102,000-$114,000Required Education/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years Manufacturing experience; aluminum extrusion industry.
• Bachelors degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain related fields.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• SAP experience PP/LE modules are strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of business processes related to SAP applications, particularly in Production Planning & Logistics; including an overarching understanding of Sales & Distribution & Material Master modules.
• Minimum 5 years SAP (ECC6 / S4) Experience highly desired.
• Advanced level proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for key data elements required for SAPEX configuration and master data set-up for each site location.
• Responsible for the creation of training documents for Supply Chain SAP processesincluding development of Supply Chain / Planning Handbook for daily operations
• management.
• Actively participate in Cut-over Process for Go Live activities for each SAPEX deployment.Broad understanding of the Hydro business and local ERP Platforms (key user today).
• Deep experience in continuous improvement tools and utilization of ORBIT changemanagement tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and responsive follow up communication with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectivelywith both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Compliance & Ethical Behavior: Demonstrated high standard for excellence and core beliefin system compliance, accuracy in reporting and ethical behavior within a manufacturing
• environment.
• 50% travel required.
