About the opportunity:
If you are passionate about making a difference, we are looking for a Director, Asset Management. This role will lead the Account and Inventory Management organization and monitor their interaction with the Direct Sales Management and Distribution network. This position reports to the Vice President, Operations.
Where you will make an impact:
- Strive for continuous improvement and build a "Best in Class" asset management organization by analyzing, improving, documenting and measuring all of the business processes related to Asset Management at Centinel Spine.
- Responsible for consistently exceeding customer expectations and delivering an exceptional experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. Customers include Field Sales, Hospitals, ASC's and Distributors.
- Maintains Account and Inventory Management team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, as required.
- Maintains Account and Inventory Management team results by coaching, counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Learn all phases of customer service and order processing on WebOps, i.e., order entry of charge sheets, field inventory requests, case entries, etc.
- Monitor the maintenance of all master data information used to support the WebOps operating system.
- Ensure that incoming customer inquiries are addressed in a friendly, cooperative and professional manner.
- Generate monthly Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to Set Turns, Stocking Levels, Backorders and Late Loaners.
- Informs customers about back-orders on restocks or field inventory requests.
- Performs necessary troubleshooting to resolve customer problems and ensures appropriate escalation of issues to more advanced personnel or management as required. Maintains follow up on each action to ensure prompt resolution.
- Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
- Responsible to maintain departmental and functional SOP's and maintain 100% compliance to company-wide SOP's and FDA QSR requirements.
- Interfaces with Quality as required in complaint handling, recalls / advisory notices and other quality management system / regulatory requirements related to field sales activity.
- Responsible for monitoring and auditing all company assets (implants and instrument sets).
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering required.
- A solid understanding of Device Loaner and Consignment programs is required.
- Strong ability to articulate on all corporate levels and manage projects on time and within budget is also required.
- Experience in an ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or MDD regulated industry desired.
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Heavy Excel use and extensive ERP experience).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Work independently or in a team environment, and drive projects through implementation using good project management and facilitation skills.
- Detail oriented and must be able to multi-task in a time sensitive and demanding market with a high degree of accuracy.
Where you will go:
- 100% West Chester office-based Monday to Friday.
- Travel may be required for field inventory audits.
