Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Cluster Architects, and Technical Leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and strategic goals
- Define, maintain, and evolve technology roadmaps for the HR platform
- Ensure platform architecture effectively addresses and anticipates business requirements
- Act as a knowledge leader on how multiple technical components work in unison to deliver functional and scalable HR solutions
- Guide the technical and business roadmaps for HR platforms
- Engage with key business domains to promote technology and business alignment
- Develop and uphold architecture standards, reference models, guidelines, and patterns
- Work alongside architecture governance teams to ensure practices stay current and aligned with enterprise-wide needs
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Platform or Solution Architect in the HR domain
- Deep understanding of SAP HR solutions, especially in ABAP-based environments
- Expertise in defining and managing enterprise-level architecture roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience developing and implementing architecture standards and governance
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Comfortable leading architecture discussions in Agile and enterprise environments
Education: Bachelors Degree
