Colorado's 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office is located in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software and Word Processing software.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:
- Juris Doctorate
- Admission to the Colorado Bar
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Office of the District Attorney, Fourth Judicial District, to include a minimum of one year supervising the work of attorneys involved in criminal prosecutions.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of Colorado criminal law; working knowledge of the rules, regulations and protocols of the various divisions of the District and County courts.
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to listen and consider diverse viewpoints.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, one on one and in small and large group settings.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with law enforcement and government officials.
- Demonstrated adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards.
