Responsibilities
- Build core features across the entire product, from front-end interfaces to backend infrastructure
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and user feedback loops
- Collaborate closely with design, founders, and customers to ship high-impact functionality
- Help evolve the engineering culture, processes, and standards as the team grows
- Take ownership and push projects forward with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 2-5 years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally in a startup or product-focused environment
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web frameworks (e.g., Remix)
- A product-first mindset-you think about UX, edge cases, and business outcomes, not just code
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute across functions, not just technical areas
- Comfortable working onsite with a collaborative, in-person team in New York City
