Job Description
The Finance Lead, IMCO Immunology Expense Management reports to the Associate Director, Finance, Immunology, International Marketing and Commercial Operations and is responsible for providing financial support to the Immunology business within International Marketing Commercial Organization (IMCO) as well as supporting other businesses on an as needed basis. Immunology includes a portfolio of products split into different therapeutic areas. This role will interact with multiple cross functional partners to generate and compile Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), Plan and Update. This position will also monitor Actuals results vs forecast and explain the variances. Additionally, you will partner with key members of the team to implement operational improvements, develop new tools to manage and assess budgets & performance and support the Associate Director on ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Responsibilities
- Sets up and coordinates planning process within scope of responsibility, and works with business owners to prepare of budget for LBEs, Plan and LRP, both for projects and for functional budget.
- Prepares of management presentations for LBE, Plan and LRP.
- Prepares and presents monthly Financial Reporting Package, spend analytics and budget overviews for business customers.
- Analyzes and communicates monthly actual variances and budget risks & opportunities.
- Collaborates and provides routine business support to enable informed decision making to achieve functional and corporate objectives.
- Tracks of commitments against POs
- Ensures policies and procedures related to commitment of spend are implemented and respected within scope of responsibility - this includes regular review of approval matrix for all cost centers in scope.
- Ensures smooth and rapid flow of spend commitment approval.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- CPA or MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive and related experience.
- Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Knowledge of SAP, BPC and TM1 a plus.
