Description:
The Sr. HR Manager is responsible for leading the strategic activities of the organization's Human Resources Department which includes all related Human Resources functions including Learning and Development, Benefits, Compensation Management, Team Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. This individual will also act as a liaison between the onsite HR Department and MOBIS Headquarters.

- Creates and implements the strategic plan for the department including annual goals and objectives
- Coaches and develops staff for maximum performance
- Evaluates current department evaluations for improvement opportunities and implements best practices for ongoing success
- Collaborates with other Department Heads to ensure that the HR Department provides on-going and timely customer service
- Plans and develops evaluation and promotion requirements for all team members
- Develops and implements compensation strategies and structure that align with company goals
- Oversees the development and implementation of competitive and cost-effective benefits programs, facilitates annual premium increase and program change approvals through Headquarters
- Directs the development of and recommends Human Resources polices and practices that will establish positive Team Relations
- Develops and directs the performance management system, ensures consistency of administration
- Directs the planning, development, and implementation of HR programs, procedures, and guidelines, ensures alignment with the strategic goals of the company
- Collects data and provides a monthly Key Indicator report to Headquarters
- Participates in regularly scheduled phone conferences with Headquarters HR
- Oversees management of the HR budget

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7 or more years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Project management experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Leadership and Coaching Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environment
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR Certification, preferred
Working Conditions
- 90% office, 10% floor
- Domestic and International Travel required, as needed
