- Safety and quality are primary characteristics of the work being performed. This includes completing the required safety training and conducting all work in accordance with safety policies and laws.

We all perform and facilitate audits and submits good catches on safety issues to proactively reduces incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards or environmental impact.
Communication & Collaboration:
- To work efficiently at a world class level, we need to collaborate with all areas and work functions. This includes partnering with suppliers, equipment owners and shift engineers/technicians to complete daily activities and extraordinary activities that include issues that could cause yield loss, excursions, defects, tool restrictions, or output loss. These collaboration activities will happen naturally while work together in daily area meetings and periodic process improvement meetings. This teamwork will span the globe as you partner with counterparts at other fabrication sites.

Technical/Data Analysis:
- Analyzes data to make critical decisions and drive cost reduction activities
- Provides troubleshooting support for complex problems and address root causes
- Serves as a key area resource for technical support and/or providing required technical resources to support TD requirements
- Identifies and develops a strategy for each workstation that will streamline PM frequencies
- Partners with HVM sites to identify gaps and opportunities for workstation efficiencies, such as reviewing SPC, FDC, RMS, APC and Y3 to identify process optimization opportunities
- Drive process matching and monitor trends to determine shifts and trends that would reduce process effectiveness
- Handles all experimental materials from vendors that would improve our area's effect on overall yield
Successful Candidates will have:
- Sophisticated PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office suite and able to adapt and be adept to new process flows developed in the future
- Clear examples of strong leadership and teamwork skills to motivate and collaborate across a variety of groups
- Advanced understanding of the process flow including area processing equipment
- Know SPC principles such as improving Cpk and reducing defectivity baselines and how the equipment affects SPC performance.
- Ability to communicate and present effectively to all audiences
- Knows the ideal gas law and how changes to pressure, temperature and amount of gas can affect a process.
- Knowledgeable about chemical reactions and what reactions occur on process equipment.
Required Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of semiconductor industry related experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering field required.
