Controller

Business Services Organization is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. In addition, the role will responsible for maintaining compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements while focusing on internal controls, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a system of internal controls to ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Lead annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
• Oversee international accounting operations and acquisition accounting processes
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing accounting team of 10-15 members of AP, AR, and Payroll
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA, strongly preferred but not required
• Large team management of over 10+

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international accounting and acquisition accounting preferred

Compensation: $180,000-$210,000 + 20% Bonus
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
