Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Clinical Account Manager (CAM) to drive both the clinical adoption and commercial success of DIGITIVA, a multi-faceted, non-invasive digital health solution for the management of heart failure. This role requires a dynamic individual who has a high clinical aptitude and is both a "hunter and a farmer" - someone who can train healthcare providers and staff, educate patients directly, build strong relationships, drive new business, and ensure long-term customer success. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of combined experience in clinical roles, healthcare account management, customer success, and/or sales, preferably with experience launching new technologies.
The role will be instrumental in the success of our first commercial programs across the U.S. and will require strong partnership with existing health system customers, as well as the ability to develop new partnership opportunities. Early into this role, the candidate can expect to spend a meaningful portion of their time with an existing health system partner to ensure clinical and operational success of the program.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition and growth by identifying, targeting, and converting prospective accounts across the U.S.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital/health system administrators, and medical staff, to drive product adoption and retention.
- Clinical Support Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical education and training, ensuring healthcare providers effectively integrate our solutions into patient care workflows. Additional responsibilities include product troubleshooting with clinical staff and patient onboarding as needed.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and execute territory business plans, incorporating sales strategies, referral network growth, and utilization expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the program leadership team through sales, operations, and product development to drive engagement and improve provider and patient experience.
- Market Development: Educate healthcare professionals on the potential clinical and economic benefits of our technology, influencing decision-makers to drive local market adoption.
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in medical device, clinical account management, customer success, or sales, or combined experience of at least 2 years sales/account management with prior clinical experience (e.g. nursing, etc.).
- Strong track record in both new business development (hunter) and account retention/expansion (farmer).
- Experience launching new medical technologies and driving market adoption.
- Ability to navigate complex hospital/health system environments, working with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) within the U.S. for customer meetings, national conferences, and internal team meetings. Must be near a major airport.
Preferred:
- Previous RN or clinical experience is a plus.
- Experience in cardiovascular medical devices or digital health solutions.
- Familiarity with reimbursement models and value-based care programs.
- Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth medical technology environment.
Salary Range
$125K - $170K (NOTE: Final salary could be more or less, based on experience)
Working Environment:
- This position is remote.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) within the U.S. for customer meetings, national conferences, and internal team meetings.
