Job Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited institution
- Current CA Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you listen as much as you speak
- A team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
- Experience in outpatient ortho/sports rehab is a plus, but not required
- New grads encouraged to apply - mentorship opportunities available
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, movement-focused therapy sessions across a wide range of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
- Collaborate closely with referring physicians, support staff, and other rehab professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and lifestyle modifications
- Track outcomes and adjust interventions based on measurable progress
- Contribute to a supportive clinic culture that values professional growth, respect, and clinical excellence
