We are seeking an experience Director of Global Reporting & Consolidations to join our finance team. This role will lead our global financial reporting and consolidations processes at Ferrara, ensuring our key stakeholders receive complete and accurate financial statements. The ideal candidate will bring a deep expertise in US GAAP or IFRS and experience leading a global reporting and consolidations team.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Lead the month-end reporting and consolidation cycle for all Ferrara entities globally
  • Ensure proper review of each segment's P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the quarter-end and year-end US GAAP bank reporting process in partnership with our Treasury team
  • Direct and support the annual audit process and oversee subsidiary reporting requirements and compliance
  • Partner with our Family Office to provide IFRS-compliant financial statements on an annual basis
  • Review technical accounting matters and ensure new accounting pronouncements are assessed and implemented, if necessary
  • Establish a center of competence for reporting and consolidations to our global subsidiaries, including key operations in Mexico, Brazil, Thailand and across Europe
  • Continue to help influence transformational activities within finance and across Ferrara company-wide, including our SAP S4 Hana project, Oracle FCCS improvements, and many more
  • Be a critical piece to any M&A opportunities, including assistance with due diligence, opening balance sheet, PPA's, and integration matters
  • Develop key partnerships within all finance sectors (FP&A, Tax, Internal Controls) and across the organization (including legal, procurement, IT, etc.).

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in accounting
  • CPA required
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS, including the ability to analyze and manage complex technical accounting matters
  • Consumer products or manufacturing experience, preferably within a large, global organization
  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana and Oracle FCCS is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in leadership with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team and culture
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel & Power Point.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $128,800-180,390 annually.
