Job Description:
  • The central point of contact and responsible for planning, coordinating, presenting, executing, and controlling the development and deployment initiatives initiated by National, Region, or Market levels.
  • Consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, vendor pricing, and process improvements is paramount.
  • Adept with all aspects of the site acquisition, zoning, and construction processes, utilizing tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work and coordinate all development efforts with Technology, Procurement, and Sales Stakeholders; team collaboration skills are essential.
  • Review milestone progress of network builds
  • Host project calls, take notes
  • Drive action items to resolution
  • Partner with ACS regional managers/teams
  • Lead our In-building/Venue program at a national level.
  • Schedule and lead project meetings
  • Take detailed notes
  • Drive action items to completion
  • Work well with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Drive deployment milestones
  • Make data driven decisions based on information MagentaBuilt

Requirements :
  • PMP certification desired
  • Familiarity with MagentaBuilt
  • Experience developing In-building solutions
  • Project Management experience
  • Management of deployment projects
  • Experience with large scale, in-building deployment programs
  • MagentaBuilt, Chat GPT and other AI tools, project management skills
  • Experience with in-building solutions and large scale network deployments
  • At least 5 years relevant experience required.
  • Well versed in network development and deploying network build programs, specifically in-building solutions.
  • Experience with in-building solutions, venue, DAS systems
  • National/network deployments

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
