Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing land development projects, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and client requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop land development plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine feasibility and compliance with zoning regulations.
• Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
• Oversee grading, drainage, and site development activities during construction.
• Review and approve project plans and designs for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in land development and civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and site development principles.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools for design and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
