About the Role

As a Product Manager at Inkit, you'll turn the product roadmap into action. You'll own the backlog, write detailed user stories, and serve as the primary point of contact for our cross-functional development teams. Collaborating with the Director of Product, you'll prioritize key initiatives, work with Designers to shape the user experience, and partner with Engineers to ensure everything we ship is meaningful, usable, and valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the product roadmap and strategic goals into clear, actionable epics and stories.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity, alignment, and visibility.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions with engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers and Designers to align on feature goals and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience writing user stories and managing a product backlog.
  • Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
