Job Summary: (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)
Manages database utilities and monitors the relationships between the database users and applications. Applies understanding of relational database concepts and query languages in order to design required summary or aggregation tables to support analysis. Liaises with technology/infrastructure staff and identifies data relationships with functional requirements. Maintains the organization's databases across multiple platforms and computing environments. Analyzes and resolves issues related to information flow and content. Monitors data architecture standards and conventions. Maintains database support tools, database tables and dictionaries, recovery and backup procedures. Develops and enforces standards for database use. Performs data modeling studies and develops detailed data models. Maintains data model and entity relationship diagrams. Monitors database space usage and performance.
Researches, collects, and reports information on the ability and capacity of company products and competing equipment. Aids in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of customers. Responsibilities also include providing equipment functionality and capability reports to the sales force and acting as technical liaison to the sales team. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager.

Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the program roadmap for digital energy solutions including solar, storage, demand flexibility, and decarbonization tracking tools.
- Oversee development and enhancement of cloud-based data platforms enabling asset optimization, emissions tracking, and financial modeling (NPV, IRR, LCOE, Payback, etc.).
- Lead cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, data scientists, UX) in Agile delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to deliver integrated digital experiences with robust API and IoT integrations.
- Champion customer-centric design through workshops, journey mapping, and continuous feedback loops.
- Track and report performance metrics and delivery milestones to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for digital products and partner with Brand and Marketing for commercialization.
- Manage Agile delivery teams across product, engineering, data science, and UX, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, SWOT analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform roadmap decisions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- In-depth experience across knowledge areas and multiple functions including project management; typically requires 10+ years in area of specialization.
Additional Preferred Experience and Specialization:
- 10+ years of program or product management experience, with at least 3 years in the energy, utilities sector Preferred
- Strong understanding of data platform architecture, analytics pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), OKRs, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Familiarity with IoT, SCADA, and real-time data systems in industrial contexts.
- Skilled in business case development, including financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting and vendor negotiation.
- Bachelor's in engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Science, or related field. PMP a plus.
