Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team- Pre litigation and Litigation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. The role involves managing a caseload of personal injury claims, providing expert legal counsel, and advocating for clients in a variety of legal settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage personal injury claims from inception to resolution
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of case law and legal precedents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials as necessary
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide updates on case progress

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant state
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law
• Strong understanding of personal injury statutes and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation and trial cases
• Ability to work independently and manage a heavy caseload
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
