** THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO ALL NYC TRANSIT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS I AND II (A/B/C/D/E/F/H/LIGHTING/V&D STRUCTURES TITLES) **

Responsibilities:

Supervises a group of subordinate supervisors in structure group specialties required to maintain, install, inspect, test, alter and repair Facilities' assets. Provide a safe environment for both employees and ridership. Reviews stock availability list against usage reports and anticipated needs. Compiles and analyzes records. Conducts investigations and prepares reports. Other duties as assigned .

Compensation:

1st Step - Entrance $110,381

2nd Year $111,951

3rd Year $115,888

Education and Experience:
Five years of full-time satisfactory experience with a major railroad or transit authority; at least one year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity.

Desired Skills :

  • Proficient in the use of EAM.
  • Understanding of construction processes and methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and navigate specifications
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
