Shopbop is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to help grow Shopbop's presence in Amazon Marketplace. Ideal candidates have experience owning end-to-end execution for various projects and marketing initiatives. This highly-visible role will support the Senior Marketing Manager to define a 360-marketing strategy and act as the key point of contact to various partner teams. This individual is process-focused, customer-focused, and a team player with a passion for problem-solving, and efficiency. This person must be excellent at prioritizing and working cross-functionally to manage projects- as well as documenting and measuring the success of those actions.

Key job responsibilities

-Manage, monitor and report on search optimization program

-Working cross functionally with merchandising, marketing and central teams and communicating effectively to get projects completed

-Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance for our campaigns

-Build & Launch evergreen marketing campaigns to bring awareness to Shopbop on the Amazon store

-Partner with internal Creative and copy teams to develop and create best-in-class visuals & copy for seasonal initiatives

-Pull and present metrics utilizing internal tools and queries

-Own the execution of onsite events, working backwards from key milestones

-Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, securing alignment on initiatives and reporting

About the team

The Shopbop Marketplace team drives all strategy and execution for Shopbop's business on the Amazon Store. We pride ourselves on obsessing over our customers and love to bring big ideas to life.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

- 3+ years experience in sponsored ads or digital marketing execution

- Understanding of SEO strategy and performance

- Bachelors degree or equivalent

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including marketing, creative, and merchandising teams.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and deliver results.

- Prioritize effectively in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.

- Experience working with brands or agencies to complete projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

- Strong bias for action and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

- Impeccable time management skills for self as well as team members

- Experience in retail e-commerce environment

- Experience in excel and PowerPoint

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Earn trust through communication and collaboration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
