We are seeking an attorney to work with our Dallas office and join the firm's dynamic and long-established practice of representing some of the country's largest employers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with 1+ year of litigation experience to grow their practice in a collaborative and supportive environment. This position allows for hands on experience while being mentored by some of the nation's most talented employment partners. While prior employment law experience is preferred, it is not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Litigate and defend a diverse range of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, restrictive covenant violations, wage and hour disputes, and agency charges.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Take and defend depositions, and prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel on employment law issues.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to deliver top-tier legal services to our clients.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- At least 1+ year of civil litigation experience; employment law experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to work both independently and within a team.
