Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect (CRM) to join our team in Austin, TX. This individual will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions that support our business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and a broad set of technologies including C#, .NET, JavaScript, Azure, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and implement robust CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications to support enterprise-wide business processes.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems via API development and Azure services.
  • Utilize Power Automate for workflow automation and business process flows.
  • Manage and maintain code and project pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture and design roadmaps.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and manage data structures and reports using SQL Server.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and other team members.
  • Ensure best practices, standards, and architectural principles are followed throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and development.
  • Expertise in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and backlog management.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
