Senior Manager, Cyber Threat Validation:
- Manage manual application testing and penetration testing teams to conduct thorough security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective remediation strategies.
- Oversee and lead the threat modeling teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential cyber threats, ensuring robust security measures are in place to protect the organization's assets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for continuous improvement in threat validation processes, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to integrate threat intelligence into security operations and ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in all threat validation activities, maintaining the highest level of security and integrity.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning within the cybersecurity department.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to threat validation and testing activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threat landscapes, leveraging this knowledge to enhance the organization's security posture and proactively address emerging threats.
What it takes:
- Minimum of eight years related work experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
- Must obtain CISSP within one year of hire.
