1. Basic Overview:
A seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience orchestrating large-scale Agile programs across global delivery models. The candidate brings over a decade of expertise in managing multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and driving end-to-end project execution within complex, fast-paced environments. With a strong foundation in Java-based technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and DevOps enablement, they have successfully led cross-functional teams distributed across geographies to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
The candidate has demonstrated excellence in steering digital transformation initiatives, aligning product delivery with strategic business goals, and fostering seamless collaboration between engineering, operations, and leadership teams. Adept at stakeholder communication, governance oversight, and continuous improvement, they play a pivotal role in ensuring transparency, agility, and value delivery in every program they manage.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Spearheaded the planning and execution of multiple concurrent Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and business value delivery.
- Coordinated geographically dispersed delivery teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to maintain a cohesive roadmap and synchronized release planning.
- Orchestrated cross-functional collaboration between product owners, solution architects, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to enable smooth product increments and releases.
- Championed the implementation of CI/CD best practices and DevOps pipelines to accelerate time-to-market while ensuring high-quality code deployment across environments.
- Managed scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across a portfolio of programs, proactively addressing impediments and adjusting plans to mitigate delivery disruptions.
- Partnered with business and technical stakeholders to define clear success metrics, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Cultivated a culture of innovation, agility, and operational excellence through structured retrospectives, leadership coaching, and delivery maturity assessments.
- Ensured governance compliance, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction through timely reporting, status dashboards, and risk escalation frameworks.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Java and Java-based microservices architecture, enabling seamless communication with development teams and solution architects.
- Skilled in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and AWS CodePipeline, ensuring frequent, reliable, and automated software deployments.
- Expertly managed DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), environment provisioning, and continuous monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Demonstrated hands-on familiarity with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and ECS for deploying scalable cloud-native applications.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, with hands-on experience facilitating ART-level collaboration and program increment planning.
- Adept in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Well-versed in project tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, and Confluence for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and real-time reporting.
- Knowledge of quality engineering principles and integration of automated testing into delivery pipelines using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and Postman.
- Exposure to cost optimization and performance tuning on cloud infrastructure, aligning delivery with operational efficiency goals.
