Key Responsibilities
- Oversee service operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage and allocate budgets for service projects and initiatives.
- Lead and mentor service teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure maintenance management practices are followed for all equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain service standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand service needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations or maintenance management.
- Strong understanding of safety compliance and quality assurance principles.
- Proven experience in budget management and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent technical expertise related to service operations and maintenance.
