Key Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development team in building responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
- Implement web performance optimization strategies to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintainability of applications.
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
- Manage version control using GIT and ensure proper branching and merging strategies are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Vue.js and TypeScript is required.
- Experience with responsive design and web performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly GIT.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Mocha is a plus.
- Leadership experience and ability to mentor others in the team.
