We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Programmer Analyst to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications while analyzing business requirements and providing technical solutions.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The hourly pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $110,000 - $140,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Programmer Analyst to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications while analyzing business requirements and providing technical solutions.
- Analyze user requirements and develop software applications to meet business needs
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Perform system analysis and recommend improvements to existing applications
- Develop and maintain database structures and queries
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all projects
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Implement and maintain version control systems for all software projects
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management, departments, and users to identify requirements and specifications
- Gatheri business requirements/analysis to create new software programs and systems
- Produce code based on requirements
- Test and deploy programs and applications
- Troubleshoot, debugg, maintain, and improve existing software
- Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance
- Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on development in web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in coding languages including Microsoft/.NET, Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++,
- Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle; Full-Stack developer
- Strong problem-solving and communications skills
- Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks
- Experience with stored procedures
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Proficient in SQL, able to write complex SQL to create reports and analytics
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
