Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, bids and buy outs.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents for accurate scope development
- Coordinate with clients, Architects, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare change orders and manage project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and industry regulations
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
- Manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in commercial construction project management and/or estimating in the Metro Atlanta area.
- Strong understanding of commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
- Knowledge of construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel for occasional out-of-town projects as needed
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, in office.
- Hours dependent on project schedules; flexibility and availability required for travel
