The Opportunity:
As our Business Intelligence Analyst / Systems Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our data visualization efforts, creating impactful BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining our performance metrics system, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are accurately tracked, analyzed, and reported across the organization. Working closely with various teams, you will understand their data needs and translate these requirements into insightful and actionable dashboards. Your role will involve validating data accuracy, optimizing system performance, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation. By providing reliable, timely information to drive informed business decisions and emphasizing attention to detail and a passion for data visualization, you will help enhance our analytical capabilities and support our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BI dashboards using Power BI.
- Support the administration of metrics reporting systems, configuration settings, reconciliation, documentation and system integrations.
- Maintain and update dashboards and metrics reporting systems to ensure they meet changing business requirements and provide accurate insights.
- Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes as needed to support dashboard creation and maintenance.
Working Conditions
- Ability to occasionally work flexible hours as needed in a contact center environment, including early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays as business needs dictate
- Ability to work remotely in a quiet, uninterrupted, dedicated space
We are excited about you if you have:
- Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualization.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards using Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write intermediate level queries for data extraction
- Ability to communicate information and ideas to Senior Leadership
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in validating and quality-checking data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for data visualization and design
- Bachelor's degree preferred
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
