We are seeking a Accounts Receivables Manager who can meticulously and promptly manage accounts receivables. The role demands a metrics-oriented approach, focusing on proactively contacting overdue customers to secure payments and reconcile accounts. The Accounts Receivable Manager prioritizes world-class customer service while ensuring efficient collections practices. Accurately and efficiently collects accounts receivables. They are also a metrics-driven position responsible for effectively initiating calls to delinquent customers to collect payments and settle accounts while providing world-class customer service to their internal and external customers.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Provide leadership and direction to the Accounts Receivable team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Manage, mentor, and develop Accounts Receivable staff, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives
- Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the Accounts Receivable team, driving accountability and excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers, verifying pricing, terms, and contract compliance
- Implement and maintain robust credit and collection policies to minimize bad debt risk and optimize cash flow
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and collections activities, implementing strategies to reduce past due balances and improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and procurement teams, to address customer inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and facilitate timely order fulfillment
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and customer requirements to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers, serving as a primary point of contact for billing and collections inquiries
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding billing issues, payment terms, and account reconciliations, fostering trust and partnership
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns, resolve disputes, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track Accounts Receivable performance, aging trends, and cash flow projections
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on Accounts Receivable metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management for process improvements and strategic decision-making
- Conduct regular reviews of customer credit profiles and credit limits, adjusting as necessary to minimize credit risk and optimize working capital
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable management, preferably in the aerospace industry with a focus on hardware components
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable best practices, credit and collections management, and cash flow optimization strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of aerospace industry regulations, compliance requirements, and customer-specific billing processes is highly desirable
