Position Summary:

The SeniorIT Analyst - Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) will design, develop and maintain Just Born's HRIS systems, UKG Ready, UKG Kronos, and other HR point solutions.

This role sits in IT and supports HR, Payroll, and IT teams by ensuring the system is effectively maintained, data integrity is upheld, and reporting capabilities align with business needs. The analyst will also provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend enhancements to improve HR processes and system functionality.

Location & Work Model:

Our hybrid work model is designed to provide the best of both worlds-flexibility and collaboration. Enjoy 3 remote/flex days per week while spending 2 days in our Bethlehem, PA office, fostering teamwork and connection.

To support our associates, we offer reimbursement for one hotel stay per week for employees living 50+ miles from our Bethlehem, PA office, making it easier to balance work and life with less commute time.

How You'll Impact Results:

1. System Administration & Configuration:
  • Administer and maintain UKG Ready, Kronos, and other HRIS systems ensuring alignment with HR and business needs.
  • Configure system modules, workflows, integrations and security settings to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT, HR, Payroll, and external vendors for system-related issues.

2. Reporting & Data Management:
  • Develop and generate standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity by troubleshooting and resolving issues.

3. End-User Support & Training:
  • Work with the business in initiating, planning and performing User Acceptance Testing for any changes being made.
  • Provide technical support, end-user training, and documentation for HR and business users.
  • Assist in system upgrades/releases, testing, and the implementation of new features to enhance functionality.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance:
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to automate and enhance HR processes such as onboarding, benefits, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

5. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
  • Research industry trends and recommend improvements to HRIS functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation to improve HR operations.


Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working with HRIS systems.
  • 4+ experience required with UKG Ready or UKG Pro
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system workflows.
  • Experience with system configuration, security administration, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide system support to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and integrations with third-party applications especially with SAP ECC is a plus.
  • Experience working with UKG Kronos is a plus
