Location: Mettawa, IL - Hybrid Required - 3 days onsite / 2 remote

Salary Range: $40-$43

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Expertise in timeline and project budget development
• Experience collaborating with advertising agencies
• Background in digital projects

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Client-facing experience
• Advanced level experience with project management software and Smart Sheets

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and brand teams
• Provide strategic direction to meet business objectives
• Collaborate on creative briefs and recommend promotional tactics
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop annual forecasts and conduct financial reconciliations
• Track time daily and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
