JLS Remodeling Services is looking for a driven Operations Manager/Sales Manager to lead our Window & Door Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is motivated to grow business channels, and enjoys both the analytical and interpersonal sides of construction operations. From improving sales workflows to managing schedules and meeting profit margins, you'll be at the helm of a critical division poised for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Window & Door Division, ensuring seamless execution and business growth
  • Implement strategic improvements to streamline and elevate the sales process
  • Manage and schedule installers for current and upcoming projects
  • Reach out to new leads and network with general contractors to drive business development
  • Schedule in-home consultations for window and door installations
  • Prepare accurate, margin-conscious project estimates and proposals
  • Ensure job profitability by monitoring labor, materials, and efficiency
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed
  • Collaborate with company leadership on division growth goals and long-term planning
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout all stages of the sales and installation cycle


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in a leadership role in construction sales, operations, or project management
  • Proven experience overseeing teams and growing a business unit
  • Strong understanding of window and door installation processes is a major plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand residential construction documents
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Skilled at balancing customer relations, team leadership, and profitability
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with construction estimating software preferred

Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour shifts
  • Some evening or weekend availability may be required for consultations or urgent scheduling


Work Location:
  • Based in Bradenton, FL, serving residential sites across the surrounding region
