Pay rate: $130 to $136/hr

Responsible for the management of significant projects on a firm-wide scale which are not associated with any particular infrastructure or business area. Responsible for the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) on a firm-wide scale. Work typically on multi-disciplinary projects and require a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions. This incumbent may also be responsible for the tools and methods of six sigma, including DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), DFSS (Design for Six Sigma), Process Management, Lean and Project Selection. Responsible for the management of cross-functional projects. Staff provides consulting services, business expertise, analysis, and recommendations, typically relating to corporate initiatives. Participates as a member of a large team, addressing process reengineering, information management, technical implementation, and business strategy.

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Main goal is to support a major global activity migration with strong operational complexity with Front Office, Trade Support, PnL, Finance and Technology teams
Requirements gathering and Requirements documentation updates
Lead UAT phase:
o Writing test cases
o Running the UAT sessions with IT and Operations partners
o Tracking & Publishing UAT progress
Development of the detailed project plan and tracking the progress
Budget tracking
Tracking/monitoring progress of blocking conditions prior to GO Live.
Lead meetings with business and IT partners to gather high-level business requirements.
Prepare slides and distribute minutes for the Steering Committee and Operating Committee meetings
Coordinate the rollout into production

Minimum Required Qualifications
Knowledge of the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement in the following areas:
o Equity Derivatives
o Securities Lending
o Fixed Income
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation.
Identify and assist in resolution of risks and issues that will adversely affect planned project milestones.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation.
Experience with JIRA/Confluence/Wiki
